Q2 ended in June.
The 15% deal didn't materialize until mid-July.
Whether analysts believe they had orders "stacked up" is immaterial since they could NOT sell any chips to China during the entire duration of Q2. That's the bottom line.
Q3 should reflect some Chinese sales if they get the Is dotted and Ts crossed.
