Listening to an update on this issue.
NVIDIA said their earnings would not include China earnings regardless of sales this quarter; however, they have sold zero chips to China.
Even though they have the permission of the Trump administration, some NVIDIA servers with top chips have been found in China, sold on the secondary market.
The Trump administration wants NVIDIA to put trackers on its best chips. China believes these trackers can be used to hack their systems, so it has refused to buy NVIDIA's lower-class H20 chip.
As much as you'd like to attack Trump on this, he is doing the responsible thing on this one.
