I was told to be very careful about Huntington Beach because they had skinheads there with really bad intentions.
To this day, I generally avoid HB if I can. In all these years I have been in that area, as a pedestrian, maybe 4 or 5 times at most. And maybe one of those visits was during Trump 1.
So yeah, this is most certainly not a new thing.
