It should be the way we deal with this but it goes against the repub goal of shifting wealth upward from the poor to the wealthy so fat chance.
If the tariffs are found unconstitutional as implemented and taxes collected must be returned then drumps shyt economy craters. At that point ss will be the least of our problems. IF drump can extend the court cases on tariffs til he is out of office he can then blame whoever is in charge when the shyt hits the fan. No one with a brain will belive him but his sheeple will.
