to me it would be simple. Had Robinson's gun been fired or not? If it was where is that bullet? It had to hit something near Kirk or Kirk himself. Whether the gun had or hadn't been fired should be conclusive proof.

Don't know why but I'm leaning toward the video being fake but won't be shocked if it isn't.
