Trump and the GOP setup the bailout of Argentina as "essential government business" so even if the government shut down, Argentina still gets the money.

So US military don't get paid. ICE doesn't get paid.

But the government of Argentina will get bailed out because they listened to trump, elected Trumps guy, and are now in massive financial distress because Milei is a moron like Trump
