But IMO both Hilary and Kamala were both good candidates but were they good national candidates? And as far as hatred towards them, that never stopped Nixon nor Jr. Frankly the populace as a whole has a problem with a female leader. And when decision time came, far too many people said go with the devil I know.

I mean Hillary easily won the popular vote, and the overall enthusiasm for Kamala during the campaign was palpable.

To me, it seems too many people don't understand what a democracy is. And I've heard people on the right say a benevolent dictator would be alright completely throwing away the very constitution that makes America what it is and frankly what made America the most successful country in the world. Reagan was right about us being that beacon on the hill.

If I was running the DNC, I would force the dems to take their counterparts to the side (oout of public view) and show them what they are doing to the country. I know some of the hardcore magas are really anarchists. But most just want to play along. Show them their kids are not going to grow up in the same country they grew up in . . . And I'm not talking about technology improvements, but day to day social interactions.
