and of course the cost is 1.1B... how on earth this much could be spent is beyong ludicrous all paid for by the CA taxpayer as per usual.
Maybe Newsom can track down why it will be so much after he tracks down the billions wasted on homelessness incompetence and billions more on high speed rail incompetence.
