A conservative Supreme Court would not be able to rule that Donald Trump could serve a third term, because the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution explicitly prohibits it. The language of the amendment is clear and has been recognized as such by legal scholars and even some conservative justices. 
The text of the 22nd Amendment
The amendment, ratified in 1951, leaves no room for judicial interpretation that would allow a third term. Section 1 states: 
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice...". 
This means a person who has already been elected twice, regardless of whether their terms were consecutive, is ineligible to be elected again.
