… it was one of the great games in the annuls of time. Every extra inning was nail-biting, and every one had heroics on one side or another. What you see as a problem I see a game won the way it was designed to be played. And from shots of the crowd, I’d say those in attendance were witnessing first hand the game of their lives.
BTW, it’s not like this is a regular occurance. 99.99999% of extra inning games are decided in 3 extra innings or less.
It’s OK, though. Soccer can do it how it wants. Ans so should baseball.
