It's also likely in a way connected to the mass deportations. So far Taylor Farms is the big suspect, like everyone else they had workers who either got deported, or stopped showing up for work out of fear of ICE. So they had less employees.
If you read about it there's a bunch of previous much smaller outbreaks that were either tied to farms cutting back on water and then workers weren't adequately washing their hands, or prior immigration crackdowns. The think 2 things happen, one less workers means they have to pick more so they're less diligent in hand washing. And they also think it's possible some of the workers may have been pissed off and decided to intentionally sabotage things.
It's of course caused by human feces contaminations.
