His name is Raymundo Gutierrez, yes he's Hispanic and in ICE. It's not clear if this happened before or after he killed Pretti but an older American has gone public about Raymundo threatening them. At a protest the older person said Gutierrez pointed his rifle at my head and threatened to "end me" if I pointed my cane at him or his ICE team again.
So he's older, has a cane, and Gutierrez threatened to kill him for protesting.
Based on reporting both Gutierrez and Ochoa, the 2 CBP agents who shot Pretti, not clear which one killed him, are both still on active duty not even clear either of them was ever suspended
