Says on the heels of DeHaan saying we will top 6.60 a gallon average for Diesel soon and the trend is getting worse, Smith predicts the Trump admin will enact something they've been considering, a ban on exporting diesel from the US to try and temporarily lower diesel prices before the election.
Note the reason they haven't already done it is most of the experts call it a terrible idea it will probably not work, at least not much, and will then make things significantly worse because it's a sign of panic
And where did the admin get the idea? Russians are already extending their own diesel export ban through oct. Yep he's now getting policy ideas from Russia
