Looks like he's ok. They let us in an hour early we wanted to make damn sure we weren't late. So they took all his biometrics I asked what's next and she said they don't do that stuff you just have to wait. And then my sister called a bit later to say USCIS has already updated his status online to "processing his case". We don't know if that means it's approved or what but it doesn't seem to mean we're going to deport him.

Not sure of the whole thing but either Portland or the state of Oregon, one not sure which has apparently sued the Trump admin and no longer allows ICE at the biometric processing sites. We were told ICE hadn't been there in several months but they are often at the administration sites which are now separate. Talked to 2 people in the place on Russian one African both of them said the same thing they were very concerned beforehand.

So it appears he's ok but even he admitted he was afraid they were going to grab him.

I literally woke up today to a story that Trumps admin has secretly signed deals with 31 countries to deport people to that are not from those 31 countries so they are full force on this stuff so I am glad he appears to be in the clear.
