Ivy League then going on to some non-Ivy League school for postgrad work. If Ivy League makes any difference from knowledge and training POV, I suspect that it does so at the postgraduate level. Otherwise what difference does it really make if you got your Anthro 101 from (presumably) a lecturer at Yale as opposed to, I dunno, Michigan, Wisconsin, or Washington?
The first two years of any undergrad is mostly wasted on extracurriculars anyway. Real learning starts in the Junior and Senior years, from what I've seen.
