Conservative judges will allow it for now liberal judges dissented.
NBC is saying it's not as bad as it sounds most of the states have a state law prohibiting such a change within 90 days of the election, the only ones who don't will be red and they have to elect to do it.
Marc Elias said much bigger impact in 2028 if they make this permanent but he said any state that elects to do this and doesn't have a 90 day rule we will immediately sue them because the Feds already admitted in court that the list is NOT accurate so they will be electing to use a list they know is not accurate and that's going to make it possible to manybe get an injunction to stop them.
But basically Texas voters and other red states who do it are going to have to check repeatedly to make sure they're still on the voter lists. He also said any state that has the 90 day rule and attempts to do this will immediately be sued and he said he doesn't see how SCOTUS would allow them to use it since they were very clear about it
