He thinks the best case scenario is they just remove a few actual non citizens they found.
What he fears happens is people like Texas and Florida will just take the SAVE act and purge everyone on the list who is listed as maybe a non citizen. as we just found out in Nevada 16000 people were flagged and yet all 16K of them were citizens.
So if they do that, and then don't remove people, Elias said will Todd BLanche then sue the state election officials saying you were supposed to prosecute those people and take them off the rolls. The state will say but they are in fact a citizen, and then will the DOJ say not according to the SAVE list?
He says that's the scary part he doesn't think Trump went to these lengths to not then throw millions off the voter rolls. And he thinks Trump will use an end around on the 90 day law by simply attempting to say after the election all of these people voted illegally and then the process of them proving they are in fact citizens will take too long and their votes will be purged.
So his initial reaction was not as bad as people think but he now thinks it's likely quite bad. Norm Eisen still saying he thinks the 90 day law will hold he thinks there's a reason SCOTUS put it in the ruling
