Texas insiders report Ken Paxton has been privately telling people around him that Trumps stupid RNC pre midterm convention screwed the whole party. Paxton said "everyones numbers went down after that" and that it was clear from polling that Americans absolutely hated Trumps mid term convention, that it showed a total disconnect between how poorly his policies have worked and what the people supporting him CLAIM is actually happening, and it had the exact opposite immpact of what Trump wanted.
