If they go the proposition route, they have to get the sigs and then the votes. And then it has to pass constitutional muster.
If they go the legislation route, they have to get the state legislature and then the gov.
and byw, we arent taking about the wealthy, we are talking about billionaires.
In the world I live in, I do not see California ever going after some political unacceptable in that manner.
Billionaires aren't a cultural group they are a financial group. Billionaire aren't paying their fair share, and just about everyone knows that is the fact.
