He also again like in the Time interview said SCOTUS should have determined the illegal tariffs didn't need to be refunded, they could cut them off but making him pay them back was bad. In the time article he said they were repaid to our enemies in other countries. Still trying to claim other countries paid the tariffs as all the earnings last quarter were pumped up by the tariff refunds
