Also Manson's scheme was to try to incite blacks to rise up against white people and the government so that Manson could rule them. That last part wasn't very well thought out.
So Trump is helter skelter in reverse. Get white supremacists in Minnesota to attack black Americans and start a war so Trump can use government troops to continue to rule them.
More like resurrecting the Confederacy if you think about it.
