In theory anything is possible but this isn’t even an established program. It’s a one time “Trump Check”.
The same Republicans that just threw 4 million people, most of them children, elderly or disable, off SNAP and wants to cut Social Security and Medicare isn’t going to pop 20k per kid for anything. They won’t even feed them or provide them with medical care while they are young.
