As far as Huntington Beach is concerned, Surfside, Sunset Beach, and Huntington Harbor are at high risk of flooding. PCH south of Warner Ave will probably flood, too, and it may be closed for a short time.
I'm sure the pier will be okay, but I wonder how much damage the beach will suffer. The sand part of the beach is fairly broad - south of the pier, the sand is roughly 150 yards from the boardwalk to the shoreline. I hope we don't lose much there...
