I guess they're claiming her original birthdate listed would have made her an adult and not eligible for auto citizenship.
Not sure if she allegedly changed the certificate or changed it somewhere else but that seems to be the claim, she was 18 or 19 not 17 so her automatic citizenship via her dad is fraudulent and she's been lying since then,
If true yes that would be a big deal, but given what Trump has been doing all along I doubt they have that level of evidence.
The claim they must have evidence to get a court order is specious at best they have gotten court orders in a bunch of these mortgage cases too, and none of them have gone anywhere. Since this happened Minnesota went from likely blue to leans blue for her spot so Trump got what he wanted it has people wondering is she lying or not.
