The Telegraph says Elon went to Trump with the idea to slow down Starlink to Ukraine to punish Zelenskyy for hitting fuel depots and because Elon was mad about the datacenters. Trump agreed so Elon did it. But after one night of carnage and death in Ukraine, Elon got nervous it would hurt business for his companies in Europe so he then went to the press blaming Trump. Said it was the Admins' idea and he just did what he was told to do
