Had dinner with a relative last night. He is a techy guy that works in finance. Like, an analyst/trader thing? I don't know. But, he's a down to earth guy who is smart. He said 1/2 the value of the stock market currently is in AI/Datacenter corporations. I have no idea if it's true.
