DOJ sent a letter to California officials that included a thumb drive that they said contains the names of 20000 voters that are non citizens, California has 48 hours to resolve this issue or the DOJ will step in. The thumb drive is of course password protected and the password was WRITTEN DOWN ON A POST IT AND ATTACHED TO THE THUMB DRIVE!!!!!
This is the United States Department of Justice talking about something as serious as election fraud and they expected California officials to pop in a thumb drive with the password on a post it?
California officials went to the courts that day, Friday, and got a DC district judge to jump in and the judge said that the Trump admin and DOJ have zero authority nor requirement to assemble such a list and absolutely no authority to require California or any other state to abide by such a list.
