Federal Court DOJ can't make Cali block votes

By a 2-1 count a Federal Court said the Trump DOJ has no authority to require California to set aside 20K ballots they claim MIGHT be non citizens. The one judge who favored Trump is of course a Trump appointee. The majority opinion was scathing in their comment on how it should have been unanimous and there is literally no legal grounds for siding with the DOJ in it.

So Trump will of course continue but for now California is 3-0 in cases where Trump has tried to block them from counting votes
