You know, I'm not really a baseball fan. So long, so slow. Post season is about all I can watch. But post season is fun. Both hard and soft ball.
But, you know, you have a good team, you think you're never really entirely out of a game. And you think, maybe, perhaps, one or twice in the season you'll watch them come from behind and snatch victory out of a seemingly lost effort.
But 27 times coming from behind in one season? 7 or 8 times from three or more runs behind? How many times in the final three innings of games?
That just doesn't happen.
That was both freaking amazing and absolutely normal for this team.
The only word for that is wow.
I only hope the women's team doesn't subject themselves and the rest of us to stuff like that. I believe they are more than capable of it. But holy cow, is it really necessary in nearly half of the men's games????
