Was at a school function tonight . There’s a mom that went to sc that used to post anti ucla stuff a lot. She’s nice enough but she’s obsessed with hating ucla. So her valedictorian kid is going to go to ucla. Saw her tonight. We did the n I’mobligatory “HI!” thing. Then I remembered and as I walked up the stairs I said oh yeah, paused a moment, then Go Bruins! She had an immediate visceral look of anger. Couldn’t even fake enthusiasm. It was hilarious.
