He is better than any other SC bb coach I can remember.
Plus he is able to bring in star recruits. Filling out the rest of roster is his achilles heel.

Unless he is getting a divorce I can't see how a move to ACC-based SMU is a step up. Maybe he thinks he will get clobbered in the BIG10.
