You still need to recruit. He’s the real question: is 1mm today to play in a system that doesn’t prepare you for the NBA worth it? The answer is yes if you aren’t NBA material, but if you are the 1mm today is couch cushion $$.

In my mind, THAT is the issue. If you are NBA material are you going to play for Bama, Duke, Uk, KU, UConn or UCLA? There is no chance you’re picking ucla. Give Muss a year or 3 and players might not even choose UCLA in city.

So $$ might be the motivating factor for a player like Sky Clark or Laz, but they should be rotational guys at best at a legit title contender.
