I did do a little research about Kevin Young. I guess I was comparing him to the likes of Bill Self and from a college basketball coaching perspective, Self seems to have a much better resume.
But you make an excellent point I wasn't considering. Kevin Young does have some good NBA experience and that and the other factors you mention could be very attractive to someone like AJD.
