I said "Give him the same minutes" so I don't know why you're talking about cutting his minutes.
I think there's a possibility he can contribute more when some of his minutes are with a weaker group. I'd like to see if he's good enough to be a first or second option on O, rather than a 2nd or 3rd. He took 10 shots and made 6 against sc. He shoots 52% from the field, (3rd behind Mara and Kyle). With Bilo back, his number shot attempts is going to drop a lot. If you have a choice between having our best non-center shooter competing for shots against high volume shooters (Bilo and Mara) more or less, I'd go with less. To me, less shots for Dailey is a bad thing. More shots is a good thing.
Like I said, it's not a likely scenario.
