watching it live, all I saw was the driver and the Maryland post letting him get to the basket (a lot closer shot than the one Tyus made against Missouri in the NCAA tournament).
Watched a replay and was really impressed with the play design - one of the Michigan bigs threatened from the other side of the post which forced him to hesitate to be ready to defend against the pass for the dunk by - could have been Wolf - and it was that hesitation that allowed the driver to get clear to the hoop for lay up.
