like a team that didn't belong. First several minutes, I was like, "ok, these gals can play." But, they couldn't even get a shot off. The Huskettes got a hand on every pass, blocked every shot. It was pretty amazing.

I actually like that Close would not beat a team 108 to 48. Or, put up 90 on a team by the third quarter. I get tired of her platitudes, but the biggest thing for Close is developing people and growing the game. Neither of those is served by being up 92 to 24 at the end of the third. And, yes, we have had a little trouble with consistentcy, but I'm pretty sure we had more double digit wins in the regular season than any other team. I might be wrong on that, but I don't think so.

Here's the recipe if we lose. Opponent triple teams Betts, all of our 3 point shooters are cold, other team has a scoring machine. Whether it's Watkins, Brueckers, Van Lith, Madison Bookers (I think that's the name of the lady from Texas).

Imo, our secret weapon is pulling Betts away from the basket and Iso-ing Barker. Betts is very hard to stop. And, we're hard to beat. If Betts is getting tripled and stopped, and we create space for Barker, we are very very hard to beat.
