Women's tournament first round blowout games

In the first round of the Women's tournament there were eight games won by at least 40 points, three by more than 60.

Should they just have a 48 team tournament to avoid these ridiculous embarrassing games or just let these losing teams in so they could say they made the NCAA tournament?
