He doesn't adapt his system to his talent. I lack the basketball "chops" to know how much of that is so. It was quite upsetting to lose Mara and his immense talent in height and skill, but I don't just assume that all that was Cronin's "fault" as some seem to. For one thing, Mara was NOT in good basketball shape. Cronin does need to make effective use of Dent, or he'll start getting on my bad side!
