Preparation, routine, repetition, … and when it comes to game it should be automatic…over think while playing and you are doomed…it was one of my favorite things about JRW. Drill it so many times and so fast that when a game came it was automatic and slow. Take a guy who has a slow BB I.Q. and try and teach him something and he starts thinking in games … oophs he looks slow and soft. With our bigs the light has not gone off just yet … they have the tools and I have hopes the heads will catch up. Some call it “when the game slows down” or it could be called when the brain speeds up and everything becomes the correct automatic reaction.
