I saw Booker pressing - maybe too much. He couldn't hold on to the ball. How many times did he have the ball in his hands and it just flew out - two, maybe three times? He did get 4 rebounds in 12 minutes, That was a positive for sure, but most of the time out there he was either a liability or he just disappeared. I do believe he's trying. That's clear. The coaching staff, unless they're blind, have to know that. It is clear the disappointment on his face when he fails. But still, that doesn't get the job done. Like Cronin keeps saying - he just needs to play better. I'll give him this, when he fails or makes a mistake he doesn't hang his head. He just get back after it. I think that speaks to his character and heart. I'm pulling for the kid - for his sake and for the Bruins sake. They really need him and they need him to be effective and I know any player, him included, wants to be. I know it's in there and I hope his skills and talents flourish.
