.... maybe we should take a looksee at these players. Again, these are players that probably wouldn't break the bank?
My number one target? Mississippi State's Madison Francis. She's a Freshman. Leads the country in blocks per game. But, that's just the beginning. We offered her out of HS. According to one clip I saw, she was the #1 player out of New York last year. 5 star. U-18 national team. She dunked in HS. She can run like the wind. And, since I've (and I bet no one on the board?) has heard of her, she might not take allllll of our NIL money.
Two of the top 3 three point shooters in the country are Sophs:

Spirit of Su recipient in 2024... finalist for the Keloland Player of the Year and Midco Class A Player of the Year as a senior... averaged 21.1 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game as a senior... helped the Titans reach two state tournaments in her career (2019, 2024)... 2024 Mount Vernon Valedictorian... was also a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL
Turner comes from St. Louis, Mo., and led her high school to their first basketball state championship with a 54-46 win over St. Joseph Benton in the Class 4 Championship game with a 14-point fourth-quarter performance. In her junior year, she averaged 16.2 points a game while grabbing 4.2 rebounds and dishing out 4.5 assists per game.
Fortier on Turner: Allie is a great shooter! She is a very heady guard who has the ability to both stretch the floor and run the team. Her motor will allow her to play heavy minutes and her steady demeanor is one of the things we really value in our handling guards. Welcome to the family, Allie!
