But given the way your team has played as of late and the impressive resume of top10 wins (plus you got screwed by the refs against IU though I dont know if the committee will go that deep), worst case if you lose today to Purdue, you are borderline high 8 /low 7. You still may be a 7 even with a loss, but with a win, I dont think its even a question you are a 7.
Another consideration is what region? West with the SD/Portland ---> San Jose route or do they ship you elsewhere? Last year AZ got a 4 seed with a whopping dozen losses, but its reward was being shipped to the east region with overall #1 seed dook, who ended the cats season in the SS. I noticed the east region has 1st and 2nd round games in Portland.
As of this moment, Lunardi has you as a 7 in the south playing A&M in round 1 and then houston/long island winner (obviously Houston) in round 2 in OKC.
