There's a good chance this guy's product was making it to minors. And, there seems to be a lot of documentation that weed is bad for mental development - especially for kids on adhd meds.

We don't allow people to run a liquor store out of their garage, sell to anyone, no matter what age. Or sell homebrew - with street drugs you never know what it's been laced with. I know when I was young I smoked some laced weed.

I'm an advocate of legalization.*

*it does appear that weed is not good for you. Recent studies have indicated that it is a big contributor to heart disease - even if you eat it and never smoke it. The don't know the mechanism, but the that's what the data seems to show. But, you know, sausage is a big contributor to heart disease, and no one is banning sausage.
