He's actually the assistant to Cronin in that category. He's a youngster just graduated from the University of Illinois in 2022. No playing or coaching experience in his background. What makes him a good talent evaluaor? He is probably good with analytics (worked with a scouting servide for several years) but that's just part of he process in player eveluation. Perhaps his job is to suggest recruit possibilities to Cronin based on analytics and Cronin takes it from there. Just curious.
