both Bilic and Gardiner started on the perimeter in Close' offense but both can drive and do damage inside as well (Gardiner's 6'4" iirc). She had shown a good outside shot last half of last season - should be at least effective enough to keep defenses honest against her. Gardiner is of course a three point specialist and thus rotates but hangs back much of the time, remaining outside. This offense has moved a couple steps closer to 'positionless' basketball with this two. (or with Gabriela or Angela last season)
