To inoculate itself from another humiliating overrule from a bench, the NCAA will try to get Congress to grant the NCAA an explicit exemption. Just like it is doing with the "Make College Athletics Great Again" legislation (I think that is what it is called, I'm not always clear on the branding). However, that legislation is more stalled than the digestive track of a person who consumes nothing but McDonald's hamberders and Diet Cokes in mass quantities. So i don't envision any, uh, relief from that quarter.
