Obviously, there are huge challenges and the multitude of details would have to be worked out, but conceptually, I think "we" all need to get over the idea that the players are entitled to unlimited $$$ (and coaches for that matter) and that universities are somehow unethical if they derive benefit from their successful athletic programs.
