You don’t understand how the burden of proof works. It isn’t someone’s responsibility to disprove hes a competent hire. It is someone’s job to prove why he was hired. Here’s what we have evidence of:
1. He’s not a compelling recruiter. Source: Greg Biggins.
2. He doesn’t have thr personality to generate NIL. Greg Biggins and pretty much everyone who’s met him.
3. He was a RB coach. I am unaware of a single instance that a RB coach who became a head coach.
4. He has never called a play in his life.
5. He has never called a D alignment in his life.
6. He has never managed more than 8-10 athletes. All being RBs.
7. He has never managed adults (meaning non-athletes).
Other than being a “Black man” as you point out, which somehow translates to recruiting success, as you claim (I think Saban, Smart, Day do ok as caucasians) what has DF done to be a HC?
The answer is simple; he’s a an alum and available. That is it. That is a FAILURE.
