It could work... bringing in NIL money is critical in the new world of college football.

I am glad we did not hire Tony Shaw -- he is bored of coaching from what you could see at Stanford.

True Foster does not have any real experience with This new responsibility, but then Deon Sanders didn't have experience when he started in Florida and did very well before he went to Colorado. Maybe Foster can engage the alumni.

And if Foster is terrible... we can make a new hire in 3 years with more time to plan and more candidates. Chip Kelly screwed us by not quitting sooner.
