He was part of Dorrell's staff that attempted to implement a WCO at UCLA and failed miserably. Then later on in 2010 he was the architect of one of the worst offenses in all of football as John Embree's OC at CU. The Dorrell coaching tree has to have the lowest winning percentage of any tree in existence. And sure you could say he didn't have great talent to work with at either of those stops, but ummm, yeah, welcome back to UCLA Eric!
